STRIVE has been providing staffing services to Mount Sinai Health System since 2013

Through this multi-layered partnership, STRIVE and Mount Sinai have custom built training programs for entry level and middle skill positions, and a “fast-track” recruitment pipeline has been established between STRIVE and Mount Sinai’s Human Resources department.

Mount Sinai has hired over 100 STRIVE candidates to date for positions such as Patient Coordinator, Scheduler, Facility Maintenance, Transporter, and Dietary Aide'
